Brett Samuels

​Before my role at Cobalt, I had just recently graduated from Binghamton University where I majored in Urban Planning. Being at Cobalt offers me the opportunity to meet and get to know different people regarding what their aspirations are in life and that gives me the drive to want to help them land their dream job.

Here at Cobalt, I am constantly networking with clients and candidates. Connecting with both gives me the opportunity to understand their needs and what they are looking for and to also get to know them better on a personal level.

With establishing those relationships, it makes it even better when you can find that perfect fit for someone. I enjoy not just taking my time to find that job for a candidate I also enjoy the friendly conversations we have. It is awesome to talk to someone and find out how much you have in common with them.

Outside of work you can catch me doing anything related to sports. It could be playing or watching sports, or even collecting sports cards. I am a huge Jets and Knicks fan which has been very disappointing for a while now, but I have hope they will get better.
