About me

I oversee all business operations for Cobalt in the U.S., including systems, training & development, hiring & onboarding, sales effectiveness, and marketing, as well as handling all of the day-to-day issues that invariably arise.

Before recruitment, I worked in communications for globally renowned organizations in sports and construction. Satiating an urge to live abroad, I took a recruitment role in Budapest (where I sourced legal professionals in Central/Eastern Europe and Brazil…oftentimes in new languages!) before transitioning into construction recruitment at a well-established international agency in NYC. My success there was largely due to generating strong relationships with my clients, as most of my business came from repeat customers who trusted me to get the job done right. I constantly instill that mindset in our team at Cobalt and believe that recruitment should be a service role, not a sales one.

At Cobalt, I take pride in knowing that I’m contributing to the growth of this incredible organization in a new market from the very start. My goals are to make Cobalt a well-recognized brand in the U.S., to build a team of the most knowledgeable and consultative recruiters in our industry, and to provide them with a fun, efficient, and profitable working environment that they can be proud of.

Fun facts: I’ve shaken hands with the Dalai Lama, had lunch with Tiger Woods, crashed Chuck Schumer’s July 4th party on the inauguration balcony of the U.S. Capitol, and rallied at Wrigley the night the Cubs won their first World Series in 108 years (not a Cubs fan, but will root for anyone playing against an Ohio team). I’m also the reigning Cobalt NY trivia champion and look forward to successfully defending my title for years to come.
