We always strive to ensure that we work to the highest possible standards at all times. However, if we have got something wrong and you wish to raise a complaint, please contact your consultant initially to see if we can rectify it for you. If you wish to raise a formal complaint please email us at email@example.com or in writing to the relevant office address. It will then be picked up and dealt with by one of our senior management team.
We will contact you acknowledging your complaint and provide the name and contact details of the individual handling it within 5 working days. If you feel it is necessary to raise the issue further then please contact APSCo, of which we are a member, to follow their complaints procedure.
