Commercial Construction Project Manager

Our client stands as a Leading General Contractor in New York, who are looking to bring in a Project Manager to oversee major construction projects throughout NYC and Long Island.

$140,000-$200,000 Base Salary + Benefits

Role Overview:

• Serve as the primary liaison for all project-related requisites.

• Supervise financial allocations, timelines, records, and various trades.

• Ensure unwavering adherence to construction schedules and attainment of deadlines.

• Effectively manage the intricate web of material delivery logistics.

• Preside over construction advancement meetings involving Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.

• Schedule and actively contribute to progress meetings involving Trade Contractors and Construction Superintendents.

Qualifications:

• Held the title of Project Manager for 6+ years working on major construction projects.

• Experienced overseeing ground-up commercial construction.

• Proficient construction practitioner well-versed in the nuances of project management software.

• Demonstrates adeptness in communication, both written and verbal, along with adept facilitation skills.

• Proven track record of excellence in meeting project deliverables.

• Preference for familiarity with Procore.

• Capacity to deftly oversee multiple concurrent projects.

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Construction Management preferred.
