Our client is an industry leading design-build contractor. They offer great benefits including bonus and ESOP.
The Role:
Jr. Project Manager in New Jersey or New York Metro areas.
Assist the project manager in project planning, project scheduling, cost monitoring, and cost control.
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of Change Orders, RFI's, RFQ's, Submittals.
Commutable to White Plains, NY area, projects throughout NJ and NY Metropolitan area.
Competitive base salary - $70K- $95k + bonus and benefits
The Person:
At least 2 years of Construction Project Management experience.
Engineering background preferred
Procore and Microsoft Office skills required
Commutable throughout NY and NJ Metropolitan Areas.
College graduate preferred.
