Title: Construction Coordinator

Location: Buffalo, NY

National General Construction firm seeking a Construction Coordinator to become an integral part of a growing internal construction team. This role will assist Project Managers with the administration of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, turnover, client interface, and field-based activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination

  • Construction Billing

  • Project Scheduling

  • Weekly Site Meetings, minutes & documentation

  • Monthly Project Reports

  • Application For Payment Verification

  • Contract Administration, Document Procurement

  • Punch-List Management

  • Shop-drawings and As-Built drawings implementation ​

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry

  • OSHA 10/30hr

  • Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD

  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Office Based out of Buffalo, NY
