White Plains based, full-service General Contracting firm is looking for a well-versed construction manager to lead commercial and government projects throughout lower Westchester County.
The main liaison for all elements associated with projects.
Control project budgets, timelines, records, and various parties involved.
Guarantee the fulfillment of construction timelines and achievement of set objectives.
Manage the logistics related to the supply of materials.
Head discussions related to project scope with Clients, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
Plan and facilitate meetings concerning project progression with Clients and CEO
5+ years of construction experience in commercial/school construction.
A hands-on construction expert with substantial familiarity with project management software.
Possess compelling communication, composition, and coordination abilities.
Exceptional at meeting project targets.
Proficiency in Procore is desirable.
Capable of handling numerous projects at once.
A degree in Project Management/Construction Management is desirable.
Previous experience in carpentry is advantageous.
