Construction Superintendent (Florida)

Our client is a leading General Contractor specializing in multi-family construction. They are seeking to add multiple experienced Superintendents to their team to head up their ongoing and new projects for various locations in South West Florida. To be considered, please see below:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years experience required.
• Exposure with residential/multifamily construction
• Proficiency using computer programs. Daily reporting and scheduling using web based software.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ensuring site safety and cleanliness

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and maintain project schedule
• Confirm conformity with design and specifications
• Communication with Client, Project Manager and Subcontractors.
• Generating RFI's
• Running weekly progress meetings
• Completing Daily Reports
