Cost Engineer

A leading design-builder and general contractor in the New York Metropolitan area established in 1974, is looking to add a talented Cost Engineer to handle PO's, time cards, invoice reconciliation, cost coding of work activities and keeping quantities for all cost codes.

Location: 14th Street, Manhattan, NY (on-site office)

Responsibilities

• Time for payroll cards (Richcast)

• write purchase orders.

• cost coding for work activities

• review all costs for the project and review quantities

• Support cost aspects of the project closeout; negotiate, agree, and settle final accounts and close-out statements

• Manage Job Order Contracting process, and other unit price contracts

Benefits

• The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $100,000 annually

• The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience

• Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on applicable benefit program
