Development Manager - Senior Living

We're working with a large REIT to recruit a Development Manager for their Senior Living projects throughout the US.

With a significant development pipeline across the US our client is looking to recruit a Development Manager with first-hand experience of senior and/or assisted living projects. You'll work alongside an Investment team to help scope, design, entitle and drive projects throughout the US and travel, as needed, to project sites as they progress.

In order to be considered candidates must be able to demonstrate:

- significant knowledge of the Senior Living space.

- development expertise, strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the Construction process.

- familiarity with ARGUS and, ideally, an exposure to Asset Management.

- first class communication skills.

- a home base close to a major airport and the desire/ability to travel extensively throughout the US.
