Director, Asset Management - Multifamily

c$175,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits
Our client is a nationally recognized, market-leading owner of Multifamily assets throughout the US. With exceptional access to capital and a growing portfolio they're looking to recruit a talented Director, Asset Management in the Houston, TX Region.
The role
In this role you will:
manage a significant portfolio of Class A/B Multifamily assets in the TX region.
develop, refine and execute a strategy that ensures the portfolio operates at optimum levels.
work closely with finance, property management and acquisitions teams to ensure the portfolio is able to grow in line with fund targets.
develop and inspire Analysts, Associates and Asset Managers in the team.
The person
In order to be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate:
At least 5 years' experience in a recognized Multifamily Asset Management role.
Prior experience coaching/developing junior staff would be ideal.
Strong reporting, excel, and Argus skills (YARDI a distinct advantage).
A home location in the Houston Metropolitan area.
A Bachelors' degree in Real Estate Finance or associated field.
Compensation
c$175,000 Base + Bonus + First class benefits
