Develop budgets for multi-million-dollar residential construction projects working in coordination with Project Management and Purchasing teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high-end residential construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Responsible for pricing all aspects of high-end residential construction projects
§ Review architectural plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
§ Establish a full conceptual budget from architectural sketches/schematics.
§ Develop and implement Value Engineering solutions to reduce costs and maintain a high level of construction quality.
§ Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
§ 3+ years estimating experience with a General Contractor or Real Estate Developer;
o Luxury residential experience preferred
§ Thorough understanding of all trades.
§ Strong communication skills with an ability to interact with subcontractors and vendors.
§ Proficiency in Construction and Estimating software
