The ideal candidate will have a background in high-end residential design and have been involved in projects from start to completion.

Working alongside the Design Manager you will be involved in all stages of design and coordination with the opportunity to develop your career at a reputable real estate Developer firm.

Role & Responsibilities

§Space planning, test-fits, lay-outs, and leasing plans

§Concept design and development

§Preparation and presentation of construction drawings

§Coordination of contract documents

§2D technical designs and creation of technical packages and project specifications

§Site visits and oversee installations with guidance from the construction team

Required Skills & Experience

§ 4+ years' experience within high-end residential design

§Degree qualified in architecture, interior design, or similar

§Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, In-Design, & Illustrator), and Sketchup
