Portfolio Maintenance Director

Strong Owner/Builder/Operator of Luxury Class A Residential properties throughout New Jersey, currently looking to add an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee their entire portfolio.

The person will be:

• At least 7+ years' experience in Property Management/Maintenance
• Experience overseeing a significant portfolio of residential Class A luxury properties
• Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Yardi
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong knowledge of all regulations and laws regarding property management
• Plan and implement company-wide preventative maintenance programs
• Handle the purchasing of supplies from vendors as necessary
• Analyze repair and maintenance costs per unit, and oversee any 3rd party contractors involved
• Responsible for preparation of spreadsheets itemizing Capital Projects
• Work overtime and/or ocassional overnight hours as required to complete assignments/projects
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Presents professionally, with strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels

Job Description:

The Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance aspects of the company's portfolio, including hiring, on-boarding, and other financial management related tasks.
