Regional General Contractor specializing in multifamily construction looking to hire a Project Manager to join their growing team in support of luxury residential projects in Jersey City, NJ.

​

The Role:

  • Primary point of contact for all Project related needs

  • Manage project budget and schedule updates

  • Prepare monthly cost projections and project status reports

  • professional relationship with the Developer, designers, clients, building officials, representatives, architects, and subcontractors.

  • Lead construction progress meetings.

  • Monitor all design and construction phase documents for conformance with the budget, schedule, and prime contract.

The Person

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the multi-family construction industry.

  • Skilled in project management software and equipment.

  • Must have technical knowledge, scheduling, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills
