Project Manager

Regional General Contractor specializing in residential construction looking to hire a Project Manager to support their expanding portfolio of ground-up multifamily projects in Long Island.

The Role:

• Primary point of contact for all Project related needs

• Manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and trades

• Prepare monthly cost projections and project status reports

• Coordinate material delivery logistics

• Lead construction progress meetings with Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors

• Monitor all construction phases in adherance to budget, schedule, and prime contract.

The Person

• 5+ years of experience of multi-family construction

• Proficient in construction project management software

• Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills

• Capable of meeting project deliverables
