Project Manager - Concrete and Masonry

Overview-

Our Client is a Self Performing Builder that primarily focuses on concrete and restoration work, mostly on commercial buildings. They are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team

Responsibilities-

• Manage a team of workers; including work progress, schedules, and allocation

• Collaborate with staff to determine budget and timeline

• Make changes as necessary to ensure the meeting of deadlines.

The Person-

• 2-3 years experience working with concrete, masonry, facades, waterproofing, etc.

• Ability to multi-task

• The ideal candidate exemplifies the following qualities: team player, outgoing, determined and confident in the job done.

• Commutable to Queens
