Location: Bergen County, NJ

Compensation: $125K - $145K

Our client is a real estate investment firm with a portfolio that consists of 1.5M square feet of retail, residential, and office properties throughout the tri-state area, with an aggregate transaction volume in excess of $1 billion.

They are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Manager to oversee their broad development pipeline of Multifamily & Mixed-Use assets throughout NJ & NY. This person will:

  • Be responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Support the Principals and Leasing & Acquisitions team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the properties under development and owned.
  • Oversee annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting whilst working closely with Operations and headquarters' capital markets
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting
  • Provide insights, conduct what-if analysis, and predicting trends to upper management
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and recommend strategies to upper management on a variety of business decisions impacting the Real Estate portfolio.

Experience needed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's Degree and CPA certification highly preferred.
  • 3-5 Years of extensive Real Estate finance experience, including financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the entrepreneurial flair needed to thrive within a small, fast-growing Real Estate firm
  • Expert level Excel skills, ARGUS and Yardi experience highly preferred
  • Superior analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination required
