Senior Estimator - Commercial construction

Growing commercial General Contractor seeking a Senior Estimator in a newly created role to assist in the growth of the company through winning new projects. This position will report directly to the President.

Role:

• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

• Prepare bids for new projects.

• Estimate change orders during the project's lifespan,

• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

• Analyzing Information, Planning, Reporting Research Results.

Requirements:

• Experienced in HCSS HeavyBid, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project/Primavera.

• Experience in preparing and winning bids.

• 5+ years of experience gained at a general contractor.
