Senior Project Manager - Affordable Housing Development
c$150,000 Base + Benefits
The Bronx
Our client is self-performing Developer who build affordable projects to improve communities and their access to quality housing in the Bronx. With a number of new projects (both ground up and renovation) underway they're looking for a strong Senior Project Manager - Affordable Housing to start immediately.
You'll oversee 1-3 projects that typically sit in the 5-9 story size range and have experience of both concrete and steel construction methodologies. With a mission based approach you'll enjoy creating vibrant community housing and be able to demonstrate:
- at least 8 years experience developing ground up Housing projects with an affordable element.
- strong owner side awareness combined with first-rate construction knowledge gained within a recognized affordable GC.
- a home base that allows for daily access to our clients projects and HQ in the Bronx.
