Senior Associate/VP
Location: based out of Miami, FL
Our client is a privately held Real Estate Developer of large-scale and notable residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across the nation. They are recognized as one of the most successful entrepreneurial firms across the U.S., and have a portfolio of developments totaling in excess of 10 million square feet and $8 billion.
They are seeking a sharp and dynamic Senior Associate with experience across multiple disciplines including; Acquisitions, Underwriting, Development, Joint Ventures, as they continue to grow and expand their operations. Additional responsibilities include:
The Role:
Ascertain and maintain key variables that affect the operations and economic outcome of multiple projects
Model, underwrite, evaluate and perform due diligence for complete analysis in intricate investments across several asset classes and geographies.
Build and maintain complex financial models for existing assets with multi-faceted business plans and capital structures
Liaise and assist as necessary in Development team projects across the nation
Assist with Investor Reporting and presentations, while also evaluating, monitoring and reporting on existing protocol, strategies and performance
Network with high-net-worth investor clients and institutions, and assist in raising capital
Contribute to overall operations including; dispositions, JV oversight, RFP preparation and review and other research assignments.
Education, Experience & Skills:
In order to be considered for this role, the Senior Associate/VP must be able to demonstrate:
5+ years of real estate development and financial modeling experience,
Bachelor's and Masters Degree from a highly accredited U.S. educational institution.
Expert understanding and familiarity with land acquisitions, development processes, budgets and proformas
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communications skills with all levels of the organization, and ability to be the "face" of the company when necessary
First class references, keen attention to detail and a can do, proactive mentality that is willing to take initiative to help the company grow more efficiently.
A home location within reasonable distance to commute daily to their headquarters in Miami Beach, FL.
