Treasury Analyst

A Key Treasury analyst role has opened with a Global Treasury Solutions and Risk Management consultant firm. The ideal candidate will have experience creating liquidity models, reviewing cash positions, and supporting interest rate transactions. As a Treasury Analyst, you will work with Senior consultants to advise clients on deal transactions and support Hedging positions.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Provide analytical and project delivery support for treasury solutions assignments.

• Assist with preparing external marketing materials and internal workstream process documentation.

• Act as an additional analytical and deal execution resource as required.

• Work closely with Treasury Solutions Consultants globally with the delivery of high-quality analytical and report output.

• Assist Treasury Solutions Consultants with developing and maintaining standard in-house treasury models and documents.

• Support PMC Consultants with preparing various forms of marketing material and associated research efforts, together with project proposals as required.

• Assist the PMC risk management team with sundry financial analyses when required and support the execution of FX and interest rate risk management transactions for clients.

• Participate in the continued development and growth of PMC's business globally.

EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant treasury experience would be desirable (Treasury, Finance, AP, or AR experience).

• Business-related degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics Math),

• Familiarity with third-party platforms associated with treasury operations such as Treasury Management Systems, Reuters/Bloomberg, 360T/Fall, and Internet banking platforms.

• Good working knowledge of core Microsoft products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with competency in Power BI, Tableau, and similar data visualization tools.

• An understanding of cash management, payment processing, and banking practices.

• A background of working for one of the leading financial services firms, large consulting firms, or the treasury department of a large corporation

• Analytical nature, combined with good communication skills (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills.

The Fair market Assumption for this role's base salary is between $65,000 and $90,000 annually.

The above salary range represents Cobalt's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards package this client provides to employees.
