A new and exciting opportunity has become available at a leading integrated property development, investment, and management company that focuses on high-quality retail, residential, and leisure facilities in central London. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a company that possesses one of London's largest mixed development pipelines.

The client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis of potential transactions while also acting in an advisory role to the Senior Management team and the Board of Directors. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and working closely with the MD of Finance and Head of Leasing, this role will also be responsible for the appraisal of leasing, construction, investment, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for assisting in the structuring and appraisal of large finance transactions related to projects.
  • Collaborate with development managers in monitoring current projects and with asset managers in analysing current investments.
  • Consistently review, update, and develop long term business plans, cash flow forecasts, and long-standing financial models.
  • Provide general finance and property analysis as necessary.

Key Person Specifications

  • The successful candidate must possess excellent financial modelling skills, with a relevant degree in a quantitative subject.
  • Demonstrable experience with M&A in property or a similar industry is essential.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, play a leading role in cross-organisation efforts, and build relationships across organisational and geographic boundaries.
  • Proven commitment to high standards with a detail-oriented approach to drive continuous improvement.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
