Building Surveyor | Pathway to Partnership

Cobalt are working closely with a market leading consultancy based just South of the River. The appointed Building Surveyor will gain strong exposure to the Residential, and Educational sectors, with a blend of project and professional work. The Partner is looking for an experienced competent Surveyor to work closely with him and manage the more junior level surveyors typically around 5. The Partner will also support you with your progression and help you diversify your skill set.

Remuneration:

£45,000 - £60,000 + package

There is a lot of promise in this position with a realistic pathway to partnership typically averaging around 3 years at this level.

The position entails a blend of professional and Contract Administration duties and no day will be the same. You will also regularly meet with clients, lease with teams, be involved in business development, and some negotiation.

The Building Surveying team within the consultancy are growing with real strength, having won a substantial amount of business. The consultancy recently opened an office in Central London and have plans to open more offices across the UK in the near future.

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Building Surveying
  • MRICS qualified (desirable)
  • Experienced within Contraction Administration and the professional side
  • Previous experience within the residential and educational sectors (desirable)
  • 4-6 years of Building Surveying experience
