Contracts Administrator - Leading Real-estate Developer

One of the leading property investment and development companies in the UK is seeking a senior level Contracts Administrator to join their Project and Development team. The role will provide contracts administration services to the development team leading prime, central London regeneration and development schemes. The role is initial on a 12 month fixed term 9 - 5 contract basis.

Remuneration £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

The key duties of the role include:

  • Preparation and tracking of all consultant appointments
  • Processing of all invoices and checking against budgets
  • Assist in the preparation of consultant documents, T&C's, NDA's, contract extensions etc in coordination with the in-house development and legal teams.
  • Collation of relevant consultant documentation including insurance certificates, warranties and supplier details
  • Oversight and administration of scope of works and consultant adherence to contracts.

The are looking for an individual with previous contracts administration experience and it is preferable if they have experience or exposure to procurement, supply chain and large development contracts.
