Location: London
Salary and benefits: £45,000 - 55,000 per annum plus strong benefits package including pension, medical, great holiday allowance etc

A market leading and independent Consultancy is seeking to attract a Procurement Manager to their highly prestigious organisation. This career opportunity would very much suit an individual who is perhaps operating within a larger Procurement team who is now looking to step into a lead position.

As a Procurement Manager, you will be supporting a key Client across a £500m programme of investment on essential Infrastructure. You will be responsible for delivering this in line with Public sector procurement requirements without challenge.

As a Procurement Manager, it is expected that you be responsible across:
-eSourcing and/or eEvaluation systems
-Developing Packaging Strategies
-Developing Contracting Strategies
-Commercial management
-Contract management
-Early market engagement
-Risk and opportunity management

You will be joining a high performance and expanding team, which will offer you excellent future opportunity. They have a track record in successfully delivery major procurement programmes and are very much seen as market leaders in this field, giving you access to exciting and complex Infrastructure projects.

You will be working with an exceptionally talented team who will invest in sharing their knowledge and experience and up-skilling you for the future.

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, it is anticipated that:
-You hold a Construction related Degree
-Ideally be chartered or near Chartered with MRICS, MCIPS or MCIOB
-Hold UK Public sector procurement experience
-Ideally have worked on Rail or Major Civil projects
-Have good knowledge of the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations and/or Utility Regulations
