As an enthusiastic and ambitious Project Architect you will have experience in leading a team of junior architects, who are at different levels of experience. You will also have a proven background in delivering successful project outcomes, and have a passion for design excellence.

About the Role

  • Able to provide innovative design ideas
  • Responsible for all phases of the project cycle, from conception through to delivery
  • Meet and liaise with clients and consultants
  • Deliver project documentation in Revit
  • Monitor design process during construction stage
  • Manage and mentor junior Architects at all levels of experience
  • Liaise with authorities and consultants and represent the company where required

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in architecture - with 5+ years experience
  • Experience in the Residential space highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and NZ3604, including architectural design, detailing, building materials, construction, costs and relevant building legislation
  • Strong technical skills in Revit
  • Ability to work well as part of a team or autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative working
  • Ability to create, nurture and grow client relationships
