An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager (potentially from a building surveying background) to join one the UK's leading residential investment, development and management companies. The Project Manager will join a team managing large residential lead regeneration and strategic land developments.

£45,000 - £55,000

As the client Project Manager you will have a multifaceted role delivering the infrastructure on their large strategic land development, overseeing the contractor's obligations on residential builds, monitoring the professional teams on the mixed use development aspects (education, retail, commercial & green space) and the post completion quality control of the affordable units through to rental / sale. The Project Manager will work closely with the internal property, asset and development teams within these large £100+ million developments.

The role requires an ambitious Project Manager who would be conformable being on site managing the contractors as well as overseeing the professional teams and interfacing with third parties such as public bodies and residence. The role will report into the Development Manager and offers good career progression to step up and take on more responsibility as your career develops. The company have an exceptional training and APC support program and this opportunity will lead to good career progression within the business.


  • BSc (Hons) degree in Project Management or Building Surveying
  • MRICS / MAPM (or currently training towards this)
  • Experience working on residential or mixed-use development projects ideally £10+ million
  • Astute individual with good interpersonal skills
