Property and Facilities Project Manager

A leading Stockbroking and Investment Management firm based in London is looking for a Property and Facilities Project Manager experienced in the office and commercial sector. They require a candidate that can manage their complex portfolio of assets; from space planning, move management and floorplans, to facilities operations and health & safety, as well as project management of property refurbishments and end to end delivery of new build and existing asset upgrades.


£38,000 - £50,000 + package (dependant on experience)


Reporting to the Head of Property and Facilities, you will be required to maintain current floor-plans, assist in office re-locations with the use of AutoCAD, liaise with Front of House Manager, and assist will all general Facilities Management tasks. This is a hybrid position meaning great autonomy and responsibility in the role. You will be experienced in working with different teams and well-versed in property facilities, move management and project management delivery.

Person Specification:

  • Experienced AutoCAD technician
  • Computer literate, experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, management and client facing skills
  • Ability to work independently, well organised and self-disciplined
  • Ability to work under pressure sometimes to short deadlines
  • Conscientious, flexible and reliable
  • Proactive and enthusiastic team player
