This role will have a strong emphasis on Rail. As a Senior, you will be empowered to take full ownership of either one or two significant high-profile projects, working with Rail owners, developers and operators. Their client list is numerous but includes TfL, Network Rail, Thames Water and HS2.
You will work under the leadership of a high performing individual who knows what it takes to progress in the company. As he grows, so will you and he has identified this as a business critical hire with you being integral to achieving the team's growth targets.
Culturally, the organisation is fantastic. They are very welcoming, very trusting and very flexible. They offer work from home days, hot desking and flexi hours. There are numerous social events and you will be treated as an individual, not a number. You will be the one tailoring your career; they are there to support you.
Being at the forefront of the drive towards digitalisation, they will up-skill you in 5D BIM and dynamic cost modelling whilst also retaining the traditional techniques and looking to you to share these with more junior members of the team.
To be successful in this role, it is anticipated that:
-You hold significant experience in Infrastructure sector Cost Planning and Estimating

-You ideally be chartered or equivalent professional status (this is not essential)
-You have some experience in data analysis and use of cost planning software
A brief snap shot of the day to day:
