Senior Planner - Data Centre

Our client is an international construction firm, specialising in project works across different industries. They offer a wide range of construction works within the Institutional, Health-care, Commercial and Data Centre sectors. Being the leading specialist in Data Centre projects, they have established themselves as experts for the last 10 years.

You will report directly to the Project Controls Manager, to plan, sequence and program the overall work on the project. Operating Primavera P6 and BIM 360, you will produce schedule analysis, variance reports and resource and cost loading reports. You should also have a strong understanding in Lean and Just in Time (JIT) scheduling tools and techniques.

To be successful at this role, you should have minimally 10 years of experience as a scheduler on large scale concrete or structural precast concrete projects and a strong track record of minimally tier 5 data centre projects under one roof. You should have strong knowledge in construction methods and organisation, understanding the risk management and various types of schedule analysis.
