I handle everything from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and getting new hires onboarded. At the end of the day, I see myself as a professional problem solver who values both sides of the hiring process&mdash;making sure it&rsquo;s a good fit for the candidate and the client.The best part about working in this industry is hands down the relationships. You get to connect with people you might never have crossed paths with otherwise&mdash;and those connections can be surprisingly meaningful. Over the course of my 15-year career my focus has been dedicated to civil and environmental engineering, construction, IT, architecture, and Real Estate. From entry-level thru executive-level retained search, I have been able to pinpoint the tangible and intangible factors that ensure a successful placement.&nbsp;Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations and onboarding for Construction and Real Estate professionals. Working with industry leading Developers and General Contractors, my goal is to understand their specific needs and identify creative ways to deliver talent that will continue to drive their business.The sound of a candidate&rsquo;s voice when they accept an offer. Even when they try not to be excited, you can sense the feeling of accomplishment. It&rsquo;s just like that one incredibly hit golf ball during a terrible round that makes you want to play again.With three young children, I do not have time for personal interests. I imagine they would be exhilarating, but my &ldquo;free time&rdquo; is dedicated to watching and the transportation to and from an endless array of little league, dance, soccer, basketball, boys/girl scouts, football, ice skating, etc. etc.
