Our client is the largest independent commercial property agency in the UK who offer multidisciplinary property consultancy services. A position has arisen for an Account Coordinator to join the team. This person would be responsible for providing support to Account Directors within the Corporate Solutions team. The purpose of the role will be to have an overview of all the contractual requirements of the accounts, ensuring delivery and that appropriate governance is in place.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Overview of all initiatives on going across the accounts, maintaining tracker to support the delivery to required timescales
  • Prepare and organise annual reporting calendar and account reviews
  • Prepare agendas
  • Understanding of contract governance
  • Deliver calendar of innovative ideas, events and market updates
  • Review and improve the storage of account information, working with the account administrators
  • Develop excellent network across the wider team
  • Undertake data analysis to identify trends and themes to support wider client strategy
  • Support creation of and then maintain, standard slides to support communication and pitches for new work
  • Organising team events
  • Lead small projects to deliver change across the accounts as required

Key Skills/Experience;

  • Strong in Word/Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to produce slide decks and client presentations
  • Numerate and analytic with a good eye for detail
