This role is to be employed through our client and based on site at one of the UK's leading shopping centres, in Cambridge. You will be reporting into the Centre Manager and be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the administration function.

Duties to include;


  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintain financial filing systems
  • Service Charge reconciliation
  • Petty cash management


  • Produce footfall data
  • Update spreadsheets for client reporting
  • Produce weekly wi fi statistics
  • Liaising with local Council
  • participate in tenant forums

Social Media, Website and Retailer Engagement

  • Liaise with marketing departments to manage and deliver engaging website content
  • Monitor retailer social and digital media activity
  • Drive stores to deliver in store events
