Our client is an independently-owned private client Investment Management firm in the City. They are one of the oldest companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and are incredibly successful in their market.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist to support the team with administration and also be the face of the business to all incoming visitors to the office.

Duties will include;

  • Maintaining high standards of presentation
  • Meet and greet all visitors in a courteous manner
  • Ensure standards are maintained
  • Maintain records of floral display standards
  • Liaise with catering team regarding requirements
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Support Front of House Manager in updating procedural guidelines
