Corporate Receptionist, Full-Time, Permanent, Leeds City Centre, £19,000 - £21,000 Per Annum

My client is a leading national property management company and is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their growing team in their central Leeds office. The main function of this role will be to provide impeccable front of house service and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Main duties will include:

  • To be the face of the business and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
  • Managing security compliance
  • Answering all phone calls efficiently and directing them to the relevant individual/department
  • Taking messages where appropriate
  • Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the relevant individual
  • Arranging staff travel arrangements and dealing with expenses where required
  • Setting up meeting rooms and organising catering for conference suites
  • Providing exceptional levels of customer service
  • All ad hoc administration where needed.
  • Ensuring that front of house is tidy and presentable

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous Receptionist / Front of House experience ideally from a real estate/property background
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is able to take initiative
  • Professional and can-do attitude
  • Well-presented and punctual at all times
