Up to £21,000 (dependent on experience)


Our client, a well-regarded Property Management company is seeking a corporate receptionist to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities will include;

  • General administration and support
  • Promote high level of satisfaction among occupiers and clients by promptly responding to their service requirements
  • Assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors through dispatch, voice mail and/or other direct contact
  • Provide support to line manager and building occupiers
  • Ensures compliance with minimum standards, policies and procedures
  • Communicate with the occupiers of the property in a courteous manner and assist where able
  • Act as office "ambassador".
  • Meet and greet visitors and occupiers of the building in a professional, courteous and efficient manner and deal with any concerns efficiently

The ideal candidate will have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional, friendly and welcoming manor
  • Customer service experience
  • Effective PC skills
