Our client, a well-regarded Property Management company is seeking a corporate receptionist to join their friendly team.
Responsibilities will include;
- General administration and support
- Promote high level of satisfaction among occupiers and clients by promptly responding to their service requirements
- Assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors through dispatch, voice mail and/or other direct contact
- Provide support to line manager and building occupiers
- Ensures compliance with minimum standards, policies and procedures
- Communicate with the occupiers of the property in a courteous manner and assist where able
- Act as office "ambassador".
- Meet and greet visitors and occupiers of the building in a professional, courteous and efficient manner and deal with any concerns efficiently
The ideal candidate will have
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional, friendly and welcoming manor
- Customer service experience
- Effective PC skills
