A leading housing association is looking for an experienced Customer Communications Manager to come on board to support the company's digital transformation.
-Leading teams through changes to ways of working and designing new solutions.
-Being the customer champion and brand guardian for all communications
-Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve marcomms
-Partnering with key stakeholders within the business to review, develop and improve processes relating to customer communications and marketing.
-Overseeing the delivery of customer communications to support the improvements, including email/SMS templates and customer-facing documents, working with members of the Digital team.
-Owning and developing the customer communications strategy.
-Managing the standard marketing communications work programme including planning, briefs and evaluation of campaigns and projects.
The role requires someone with strong project management and stakeholder management skills and the ideal candidate will come from a housing background.
