A large property management organisation is looking for a Customer Services Assistant to respond to all email and phone enquiries from tenants and landlords.

Duties include:

 First point of contact for all our customers

 To handle customers across different platforms, mainly email and phone.

 To ensure customers queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution

 To ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time

 To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers

 To achieve KPIs whilst maintaining excellent quality

 To identify complaints and resolve them at first point of contact.
