A large property management organisation is looking for a Customer Services Assistant to respond to all email and phone enquiries from tenants and landlords.
First point of contact for all our customers
To handle customers across different platforms, mainly email and phone.
To ensure customers queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution
To ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time
To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers
To achieve KPIs whilst maintaining excellent quality
To identify complaints and resolve them at first point of contact.
