£22,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

My client, a highly regarded property owner and developer, is looking for a HR Administrator to join their friendly Personnel team. This company are world renowned and continue to go from strength to strength, so it is a very exciting time to come on board!

This role would ideally suit someone with Administration and HR experience, but a personable and hardworking demeanour and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Main duties include

  • Maintaining the HR database
  • Formulating job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews
  • Make employment offers and draft contracts
  • Carry out reference checks
  • Prepare employment checks
  • Track and manage sickness
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Assist the HR manager and wider team with administrative tasks
  • Invoicing
  • Organise and participate in employee relations
  • Prepare for new starters including organising inductions
  • Process leaver forms
  • Manage the HR mailbox
  • Liaise with internal and external parties

The ideal candidate will be

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent degree
  • A confident communicator
  • Friendly and hard working
  • A customer service superstar
