Our client is an award winning town planning consultancy with offices in London, Glasgow and Manchester. Due to rapid company growth, a new position has arisen within the HR Division, for an HR Coordinator to join the team. This person will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with running the company HR function on a day to day basis. You will be someone who is looking to progress their career within HR and someone who is pro active with great communication skills. You will have experience in a similar role and CIPD study support will be provided.

Duties will include;

  • New staff on-boarding
  • Personnel file management
  • Absence and sickness logging
  • Preparation of files
  • Typing up reports
  • Benefits administration
  • AD hoc HR administration

Experience/Skills Required;

  • HR Assistant or Coordination experience
  • Ability to demonstrate confidentiality
  • Strong organisational skills
