My client, a property services company who work on behalf of a well-known developer, are looking for an administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will ideally have conveyancing/mortgage experience. This position will be key to the smooth administration around the sale of properties, mortgage and lease changes.

Duties will include

  • Administrative duties around the sale, re-mortgage and transfer of properties
  • Liaise closely to solicitors regarding legal documents
  • Keep landlords and clients up to date with any changes
  • Process property completion documents
  • Process consents for subletting, pets, minor alterations etc
  • Work with the land registry to gain clarification on title deeds
  • Provide first class customer support
  • Assist the team with projects

The ideal candidate

  • Knowledge/experience of the legal requirements around mortgages
  • An understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Qube experience (desirable)
  • Enthusiastic and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
