Are you an experienced Office Administrator/PA looking for your next opportunity? My client is a leading and international Property Consultants who is currently looking for an Office Administrator/PA to join its team in central Manchester on a permanent basis.

Typical duties include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Booking of travel and accommodation
  • Day-to-day responsibility for all day to day office functions, particularly office support
  • The supervision or secretarial/administrative staff
  • Financial administration including raising invoices and dealing with queries
  • Audio/copy typing tasks
  • Ensuring the overall smooth running of the office by successfully liaising with landlord agents, contractors and/or service providers
  • Processing expense/mileage claims using online expenses management system
  • All ad hoc administrative duties including filing, binding, formatting documents and archiving files
  • Organising all meetings
  • Data imputing/processing


  • Previous PA experience within a professional service
  • Typing speed of 65+ wpm
  • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Package particularly PowerPoint
  • Must possess proven experience of working in a professional services environment as a Personal Assistant
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
