Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join a forward thinking and vibrant town planning consultancy based in the heart of Kings Cross. The sectors they cover include build to rent, student accommodation, commercial/office space, residential and more. They currently have offices in London, Glasgow and Manchester and the team is growing rapidly.

The role of the Office Administrator will be to;

  • Keep front of the house and general office appearance tidy, clean and safe
  • Organise and implement office maintenance processes in accordance with the company procedures
  • Manage the switchboard in accordance with the company standards
  • Direct & relay incoming messages and emails
  • Conduct daily conflict checks, summarise and report a weekly summary of the conflict checks
  • Set up new projects in accordance with the Quality Assurance standards
  • Maintain and administer office supplies
  • Organise couriers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Update the Client Relationship Management system.
  • To be the primary support to Customer Service Coordinator (front of house)

Key Skills/Experience Required;

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills
