Our client is a real estate development company who predominantly focus on high end retail and leisure property. This organisation deal with property leasing and management and have headquarters located around the world. A position has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join the small team in Mayfair and be responsible for running the administration function. This is a busy and fast paced role and requires someone who thrives in this environment!

Duties will include;

  • Being the first point of call for visitors into the office
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Dealing with technical issues
  • Managing calender for the office
  • Organising international calls
  • Setting up conference calls
  • Booking team meetings
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Report writing
  • Ordering lunches
  • Processing invoices
  • Occasional travel

Key Skills required;

  • Experience working in a similar, fast paced role within Real Estate
  • Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
  • Pro active nature
