My client, a residential property management firm, is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team. You will be working in a mid-sized organisation with a great culture and working environment. This position is the heart of the office and will be key to the smooth running of administrative processes.

Duties will include -

  • Assist the building maintenance team with queries
  • Ensure the office and kitchen is well stocked
  • Arrange travel/hotel bookings and schedule itineraries
  • Open/distribute post and arrange couriers
  • Liaise daily with internal teams and external companies
  • Manage the petty cash and expenses
  • Order business cards and organise the IT/welcome schedules for new starts
  • Implement process improvements

The ideal candidate

  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures is beneficial
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Proactive and positive
  • A problem solver
