Our client is well established American property development company based in Chicago, USA, where they have offices with over 200 people. They have now secured a new office in London and a position has arisen for a PA/Office Manager to support the Head of Europe, Development Director and Head of Acquisitions, to be based this office.

The role will involve;

  • Ordering office supplies
  • Opening/closing the office
  • Meeting/greeting visitors to the office
  • Travel booking using system called Concur
  • Diary management
  • Processing expenses
  • Dealing with utilities

Skills/Experience Required;

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Word, Outlook and Excel experience
