Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Our client invests in and manages commercial properties. They have purchased a new building in Hammersmith that will include office spaces and a whole floor dedicated to serviced office space. A position has arisen for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative who will report into the Building Manager and be the first point of call for visitors into the office.

Duties to include;

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Booking meetings
  • Signing in visitors
  • Updating systems
  • Ad hoc administration tasks for Building Manager

The ideal person for this role will have the following skills experience;

  • Strong relevant experience within a similar Customer Focused role
  • Serviced offices experience
  • Desire to progress eventually into a Building/Centre Manager role
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
