My client, an established and successful property company, is looking for a receptionist to join their established and growing company. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, so a warm and welcoming demeanor and ability to build rapport is a must.


  • Meeting and greeting, offering refreshments and ensuring the reception area is tidy
  • Maintaining the sign in book
  • Managing the meeting rooms including setting up, ensuring the diary is kept up to date, coordinating catering etc
  • Ensuring the kitchen facilities are well stocked
  • Franking outgoing post and distributing incoming mail
  • Arranging the disposal of recycling and shredding
  • Working closely with the health & safety manager to ensure compliance
  • Assisting with new starts
  • Ensuring documents such as insurance certificates are stored correctly and up to date
  • Assisting the administrators and block managers with administrative tasks

The ideal candidate

  • Personable and well presented
  • Strong communicator
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • An interest in property is preferred
