Our client is a successful private equity firm, based in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. They are seeking a Receptionist to join their friendly and hardworking team. The Receptionist will be sat within the main office and be responsible for;

  • Notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals
  • Providing administrative support to personnel
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone, email and fax messages
  • Look after the phone switchboard
  • Manage & coordinate busy meeting room schedules
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them and providing refreshments
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, video conferences and audio conference calls
  • Provide occasional secretarial support and contributes to team effort
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager & Operations Coordinator
  • Provide logistical support for meetings (Create presentation packs and organise arrangements for catering provisions)
  • Help with expenses

You will have the following skills/experience;

  • Previous experience in a corporate Reception role
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone and general communication skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
